Jenson O'Neill-Going set for record-breaking TCR UK debut at Brands Hatch

Jamsport Racing is proud to announce that teenage driver Jenson O’Neill-Going will make his TCR UK debut at the 2025 season finale at Brands Hatch, becoming the youngest driver ever to compete in the championship.

Jenson will take to the grid in the iconic fan-favourite Subaru WRX STi TCR, which makes its highly anticipated return under the Jamsport Racing banner. The event will also mark Jenson’s first time behind the wheel of the Subaru, adding an exciting new challenge to his growing career.

At just 16 years old, Jenson already boasts an impressive motorsport CV. He began racing in the Fiesta Junior Championship at only fourteen and went on to claim the Overall, Rookie, and Mk6 titles in 2024. Having tested a range of cars throughout the year, his debut at Brands Hatch marks the next major step in his development as he transitions into touring cars.

Jamsport Racing Team Owner Jamie Going shared his pride ahead of his son’s debut:

We chose the Subaru for the season finale because of its incredible fan following, it’s a special car with a great history, and it’s fantastic to bring it back to the track once again.”

TCR UK Championship Manager Jack Finan welcomes Jenson to the championship as he prepares for his debut.

His success in motorsport speaks for itself, so I look forward to seeing how he gets on during such an important race weekend in TCR UK,” said Jack. “Having the Subaru back on the grid also adds to the already diverse nature of TCR cars we’ll have in action at Brands Hatch, which is building to be an exciting season finale.”
