Joe Wood Joins Jamsport for 2026 BRSCC Fiesta Junior Campaign

Jamsport is pleased to confirm that Joe Wood will join the team for the 2026 season, competing in the BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship.

Joe makes the step into Fiesta Juniors as part of Jamsport’s continued commitment to developing the next generation of young racing talent. At just 15 years old, he brings a strong background across multiple forms of motorsport as he prepares for his first full season in the championship.

Joe began his racing career in indoor karting at just five years old before moving into oval racing at the age of eight, where he quickly enjoyed success. In 2019 he became both the Scottish and Midlands Champion, before going on to secure the Points Championship in 2020.

He later moved into karting, competing in the Daniel Ricciardo Karting Series where he continued to develop his racecraft and technical understanding. As his focus shifted towards circuit racing, Joe completed multiple test days with Jamsport Racing at Blyton Park, gaining valuable experience in car control and data analysis as he prepared for the move into junior racing. Joe also successfully completed his ARDS test at the age of 14.

In 2025 Joe made his debut in circuit racing in the Junior Saloon Car Championship, securing multiple top-ten finishes across the season. His attitude and professionalism both on and off track were recognised with the championship’s Respect Award.

Now stepping into the Fiesta Junior Championship with Jamsport, Joe will continue his development in one of the UK’s leading junior touring car series.

Team Principal Jamie commented: “We’re really pleased to continue working with Joe this season. He has shown great potential during his time testing with us and in the JSCC. Fiesta Juniors is a fantastic platform for young drivers and we’re looking forward to helping him develop further.”

“I’m really excited to be racing in the Fiesta Junior Championship this season with Jamsport Racing. A huge thank you to everyone supporting me along the way — your encouragement means a lot. Special thanks to Jamie Going for the continued support and driver coaching, which has been invaluable in helping me develop and prepare for the season ahead. I can’t wait to get started and see what we can achieve this year.” Joe added.

Everyone at Jamsport is looking forward to working with Joe as he begins his journey in the Fiesta Junior Championship.
